2. Services
Channel Valve provides revenue recovery audits and implementation services for home service companies. Services may include workflow audits, missed-call recovery planning, after-hours capture planning, speed-to-lead process design, stale-lead reactivation workflows, implementation support, and ongoing monitoring.
3. No Guaranteed Results
Channel Valve may identify revenue recovery opportunities and recommend or implement workflow improvements, but results depend on the customer's market, demand, staff adoption, tools, response behavior, and operational follow-through. We do not guarantee specific revenue, bookings, or profit outcomes.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining access to their own tools and accounts, reviewing recommendations, approving implementation decisions, and ensuring their own compliance with applicable laws and policies.
5. Third-Party Tools
Services may rely on third-party tools such as phone systems, CRMs, dispatch tools, forms, calendars, email providers, analytics tools, and automation services. Channel Valve is not responsible for outages, limitations, pricing changes, or policies of third-party providers.
6. Intellectual Property
Channel Valve retains ownership of its website, materials, templates, frameworks, and implementation methods. Customers retain ownership of their own business data, brand materials, and customer information.
7. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public business information from the other. Both parties agree to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and to use it only for the purposes of evaluating or delivering services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Channel Valve will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
